Products and handmade character
Spring Poem pieces are made in small batches or made to order. Minor differences in embroidery, colour, placement, and finish are part of handmade production and are not defects.
Orders and production
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment is authorised and we issue confirmation. Made-to-order pieces normally require up to 15 calendar days before dispatch. Contact us promptly about changes or cancellation; once production begins, changes may not be possible. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Prices and payment
Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by the payment method shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees are not included unless checkout expressly states that they are.
Shipping
Delivery estimates begin after production and are not guarantees. Standard tracked shipping is USD 9 where available. United States orders require a manual shipping quote before payment. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Returns
Because our pieces are handmade and prepared in small batches or made to order, we do not normally accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect remedies for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, or any cancellation or return right required by applicable law. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep descriptions and availability accurate. We may cancel and refund an order if a material, shipping service, or legal restriction makes fulfilment impossible.
