Dispatch location and production time

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Hangzhou, China. Made-to-order pieces normally require up to 15 calendar days before shipment. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping rates

Standard tracked shipping is USD 9 per order for destinations where this service is available. United States shipping is quoted individually because available services, duties, and clearance costs can vary. Please submit a US shipping quote request before ordering.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking is provided after dispatch when supported by the carrier. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, local carriers, weather, public holidays, or remote-area service.

Duties and taxes

The recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, and clearance charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise. Refusal to pay import charges may lead to return or disposal by the carrier; related costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
